• Workforce diversity and regulation
• Managing diversity and regulatory challenges
• Managing Compensation and Benefits

• The minimum entry requirement is the National Senior Certificate that allows admission to a Diploma.
• Mature age exemption for learners above the age of 23 years as set out in the Higher Education Regulations.
• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
